Reply To: team join Request #95

  1. After begin accepted to a team it might be nice to talk with the manager or for the manger to ask you questions about what position you want to play or whatever. ....
  2. The following message appears: image

This message says Reply to: Team Join Request... This should be more like Reply to: Team Join request ....

This ideally would have a quick email like to the manager....

Also this should add the manager either in as a friend or another type ... teammate....

Remove reply to/notification header.

Added the name of the person at the beginning of the text right after the image. Removed the header text "Reply to:..." for notifications
