Go through https://reproducible-builds.org/ docs to improve binary reproducibility of sjasmplus builds.

[ ] in Makefile use $(sort $(wildcard ...)) instead of just $(wildcard ...)
[ ] check current situation about timestamps, timezones and, well, everything in that helpful manual
