WPStatic crawl does not parse permalink correctly

The above is due to the issue described here https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/advanced-settings/#disable-archives-in-the-frontend

Will disable the glossary archive, but for the time being created a static page with page breaks as a workaround to get the plugin to generate the pages

Once there's enough content to remove the secondary link will disable the archive page
