Restore the `hello` example #115

I think the simple example is a much better starting point for newcomers. I am not sure why you deleted it. I had already started to re-implemented a simple example to try and understand the new Helm before I realised there used to be one!

Hey I deleted it because I felt as though a demo for a game engine should be a playable game. I'm happy to merge it back in for now until there's a better beginners example. The best bet might be a pong game or something similar. I also feel like there's not too much code to the flappy bird example, so if it's a matter of splitting out the files or documentating it better then I'm happy to implement any feedback you might have..
