Add (horizontal and vertical) alignment options for drawing text.

This is just a suggested API, comments welcome.

I don't know whether it's better to have generic Alignment values, or separate enums for horizontal and vertical alignment.
The names might be too clunky, leading to code that looks like: { textAlign = TextAlignment AlignCenter AlignCenter }. Or worse, with qualified imports: { textAlign = Text.TextAlignment Text.AlignCenter Text.AlignCenter }
