Documentation isn't available on Hackage #61

A meta-issue: the Hackage page for the latest helm has no documentation! All past versions do, but not the latest. Makes it harder than it should be to learn.

Yeah, it needs to be manually uploaded (cairo's native libraries aren't installed on the doc builder so it can't install the cairo bindings). Unfortunately, the process is incredibly annoying on a Windows machine which is all I have access to at the moment.
