TargetInfo not working #47

Up until the latest windower4 update, when I click on a mob, i got a info on top of my screen showing weaknesses and such or useful info on the target. It is no longer working. All that I see now is the mob's name and notes. example [yagadu Notes: ]

This is an InfoBar issue, not a TargetInfo issue. TargetInfo only displays mob ID and movement speed.
