Organisation model
Functional organisation settings page - name, security settings, auth types
LDAP support for jimi core, with UI settings page in org settings
Inital framework for OAuth support

ldap3 to be added to requirements - also need to double check the license for open source and commercial use. Licenses used for core require commercial and open source usage.
