audio is super crackly #26

built US version on an Arch Linux machine, playing on PSP-2001 (U.S. PSP-2000)

After looking at the closed issues I realize how non-descript my initial comment is.

Certain instruments, like the bass and some percussion, are pure corruption (like what you'd hear from a corrupted ROM). Does this have to do with the other sound wonkiness, or is the ROM I used for compiling bad?
