bat files for assembly c.a. do not accept non-default file extensions #581

Dan Greiner reported this issue by email 2024-09-26 20:01 V1.8.2 doesn't recognize a file type of .asm, only .mlc (same as V1.8.1). The V1.8.0 version supports .asm, and I can't imagine why it got dropped.
