razerdefault18: Add Nordic layout #148

@jpalko Could you please take a look and see if it looks correct? I've tried my best but possible that I messed up some of the special keys

To test you can use sudo curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/z3ntu/RazerGenie/layout-18-nordic/data/matrix_layouts/razerdefault18.json -o /usr/share/razergenie/matrix_layouts/razerdefault18.json and then reopening the custom editor should pick up the new layout.

Assuming this is correct, and merging now. If there's a problem we can fix it up later.
