Plugin can't handle M106 commands with decimals #11

Hello together,

I am having issues with M106 commands that contain decimals; e.g. 'M106 S44.6'

Am am using Cura as slicer. Cura creates correct M106 commands, but unfortunately without rounded numbers. The plugin is not capable of these commands. If i use the terminals in the web interface of Octoprint, I get the same results. Even comamnds like 'M106 S44.0' are not working.

Please help me with this issue and implement decimals in the plugin.

Confirming similar behavior on PrusaSlicer, #14 fixed this for me.
