Added style, Freestyle #124

This style is most commonly used on the private fork of fluffys, allows players to have unlimited speed in the start zone and checkpoints. Most commonly used for people that want to get the fastest run possible with no limitations.

Seeing as fluffys is porting users over from his timer to here, it only seems fitting to fully support all the users. Giving players access to a style which has no limitations allows people new to surf to attempt at higher speeds.

It's not a requirement at all, I don't use it myself. Going off community feedback.
