Todo: try instantFPC on server #5

instant fpc allows Just In Time style code compilation so pascal programs should be able to run as scripts (upload pascal code to server) instead of uploading elf/exe binary to the server.

Cache directory of programs: where will it be on cgi server? Study this and see if it works.

This is not a bug report, just a project to complete in TODO
