Todo: static site generator correct html links (a href) and wiki parser #8

The static site generator (ss) demo needs to have url's corrected to static html file links instead of cgi links as a url parameter.

And also add the wiki parser to the static site generator as an option, instead of static site files being written in HTML.

Some users may want to create static sites in plain HTML/javascript, while other people may want to use the wiki parser. Multiple wiki parser syntaxes can be used too.
