Event Script Generation #4

Map editor will be able to generate template source files including event scripts for Main, EnterMap, BindExitTriggers, SetupMusic, SetupFoliage, and MakeEntities. These will use data from Entity markers and generators for foliage and exits, similar to Star Rod Classic.
