Not able to edit Charticulator visual community editor version

Whenever i am trying to edit the charticulator visual , i am getting below error

@zBritva, Please find the steps below: 1) I opened the pbix file in Power BI Desktop where i am using the charticulator visual. 2) Then i selected the visual and from the build pane i changed the selection from 'charticulator community version(View)' to 'charticulator community version(Editor)'. 3) Once i make this change i get the same error as mentioned, editor's preview screen is blank and when i go to edit it throws error.

The reason behind switching the visuals is the compliance, since the (View) is certified i can use only that version for the display, so i am developing and modifying my visual in the (Editor) mode but before uploading it to power BI workspace i switch it to (View).

I am trying to see how can i share the template with you, not able to attach in this chat due to security reasons.

@zBritva , Now this issue has become more complex since the editor version got updated today and i could not share the template due to security reasons, but i might know what the problem is :

Steps i followed: 1) When i tried creating a new sheet and using the view and editor version it works fine and i am able to edit.

I am not able to edit the existing one: 1) We were using old charticulator certified version till july, image shown below, till august everything was working fine for us.

2) Then two new versions of charticulator was released and suddenly the above stopped working and visuals disappeared. To fix these without creating a new visual:

we followed every step mentioned in the doc attached. Charticulator visual disappear.docx

After that we will able to use the visual with new version, but today suddenly everything disappeared again. Its just a grey screen for me

May be we followed the above steps and not developed a new chart we faced error while editing. Could you please help me with this, we can start from beginning, how can i replace with the new visual without having to create a new report, this will save hours of my time.

@Akansha-Mckinsey24 And any error output from browser console will help to find issue location. (Ctrl + Shift + I for Windows)

@zBritva , i tried to import this version into my dashboard. i get the message as visual imported successfully. but it still nothing appears in the dashboard.

Basically even after importing i don't see the visual in the pane and nothing comes up

   Attached dev versions of the visual. I assume it should supress error. Appreciate, if you can test them in your case.

@zBritva , the dev version works for me, i am able to use both edit and view version without any issues, and the chart also loads. But i am not able to use it for now because my organisation only allows certified visual to be uploaded. Is this going to release soon?
