allow to manage adium themes like emoticon themes #229

you probably do not plan to do this right now, but I think simple adium
theme manager is needed, since I would like to use Renkoo and I can't.

if I would like to use other emoticon theme than default, it is possible
since management is possible. managing adium themes is impossible.

I know this isn't the solution and we do need to have this in the GUI, but you 
can
add adium themes to the ~/.config/Galaxium/Themes/Adium* directories and 
galaxium
will pick them up next time you run it.

This is not working for me. I installed the themes in
~/.config/Galaxium/Themes/AdiumMessageStyles/ and they won't be detected by 
Galaxium.

I even tried putting the themes in the Cache folder, but didn't work either.
