PEP based avatars in XMPP #230

many contacts in xmpp have no avatar, while in other xmpp clients they have.

for example a bot: infobot@infobot.pl. it has nice icon as seen on
http://infobot.pl/ as avatar. in galaxium it's not displayed, while in
pidgin and gajim - yes.

I do not see one in Galaxium either, but I also dont see one because its not
mentioned in the XML communication. I will check what happens in Gajim.

for me, Gajim received his avatar like logo on his website (http://infobot.pl/).

I add him to my list, but i do not get information on his at all. even in Gajim.

Do you have to be part of a specific network to add him? I dont know anything 
about
jabber so it seems :P

no, I'm not part of any network.

that's not reason you can't get details from infobot...

These avatars are different type I guess. I'm going to implement it once PEP 
support
is there.
