Focus text entry in chat window when typing. #248

when pidgin (almost :> ) everytime my focus is moved from message view into
text entry in chat window when I start to type.

that's very good point.

This should be working still. If it is not, its because of the last few days of
commits. Will check into it.

This is now fully fixed and verified. If focus is in the message display or 
message
entry, text will be entered.
