allow to remove jabber usernames #253

in roster jabber usernames are displayed (pre @server part of JID).

I don't need them and wish to have option to disable them.

There are three display modes:

- Compact (shows only display name)
- Normal (shows display name and personal message)
- Detailed (shows display name, unique identifier and personal message.

I like the bigger mode (detailed), but I don't understand why "unique 
identifier" is
shown. is use useful for someone? honestly, don't think so...

Jakub, you always look at things from your own perspective only. You do not 
think
about all other users. We have to.

So if I have a contact list with 2 people that show name "Dave", how will I 
know who
is who? What if they have both the same display image? or no display image? You 
MUST
see the REAL Unique Identifier. Its what sets them appart from others.
