hovering a contact - tooltip related issue #259

1) when I hover a contact I see yellow tooltip, but the tooltip looks
different. it has no darker-yellow border.

2) when I hover a contact, I see debug output:

** Message: ATK_ROLE_TOOLTIP object found, but doesn't look like a tooltip.

I have never seen anything like this for tooltips. Paul? Ben? Any ideas?

it's one of the last snapshots. it didn't appeared earlier.

Well ATK is the accessibility toolkit is it not? Perhaps you changed some 
setting
relating to accessibility and Galaxium doesn't play nicely with it?

I changed nothing and have accessibility in GNOME disabled.

we can have a look at the tooltip in monodevelop, afaik it handles theming 
correctly

putting this with 344 because its all tooltip related. I'll revamp them at once.
