add buttons in notification bubbles #261

when galaxium displays notification bubble (libnotify), when I click it, it
dissappears, but doesn't bring chat window to the top. that's correct since
clicking notifications should work like a dismissal.

my feature request is to add a button (at least in chat notif. bubbles) so
galaxium would be able to bring chat window/tab to the top.

I like that idea too, I'm not entirely sure how it works but I'm sure its 
simple.

documentation says click is dismissal, so the buttons are appropriate :) .

I like this too. I think we could do several things with the notification 
bubbles
that we aren't doing yet.

I will look into this, but not for 0.7.4. Sorry I just dont have time. It will 
be
scheduled for 0.8.
