Know when a contact in a chat is logged out #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. a contact tried to chat with me
2. I weren't there
3. He logged out
4. I saw his message and answerd him
5. I didn't know why he didn't answer... But he was now logged out and I
were not noticed!!!

I use galaxium-svn in hardy heron distrib

It would be nice that a message notice that my contact in the chat window
wasn't there anymore.

a notification bubble and text in chat window should be enough.

Well, it doesn't say the user is offline no (we can add that) however, there are
several other indicators.

For one, the top identification bar shows an icon representing the status of 
the contact.

Second, the toolbar buttons in the top will be disabled if they are offline.

And btw guys. The text window DOES show "User is away" "Use is offline"

I dont think i made it optional :P

I am going to make some extra screenshots perhaps for the website, so people 
can see
certain things the way we intend them to show up. That way its easier to 
identify bugs.

Until I hear more about this. I'm closing.
