Notification Bubbles Design Improvements #264

Contact status change pop ups should open a conversation window when
clicked with left click and close when clicked with the right, till now it
closes them with both clicks.

Yeah this I was aware of but I didn't know if it would matter. It is a good idea
however. I think that I'm going to look at making all the notifications a bit 
nicer.
They are a little rough right now.

left click is completely good, because documentation says so and you shouldn't 
modify
that behavior.

you can add a button and that will be completely acceptable (you liked that 
idea).

since there's a [x] button, closing notification is not a problem, only 
targeting
buttons is a problem.

you can allow to modify time notification is displayed, so everyone can choose
appropriate time to have time to ride with mouse cursor on the notification.

when time to dissappear is set, notification should display animating 
time-circle
widget inside, like it does in many apps.

A few things have changed with notifications in linux and I want to make sure we
aren't overthinking this one. Especially for Ubuntu, the notifications have 
changed a
bit.

Right now, we have kinda fixed up the activity system that will flash icons of
various kinds to handle the way we interact with activities when NOT using 
galaxium.
The notifications play a part in this, but most people will not actually 
interact
with the notifications themselves.

anyone have any ideas about this one?

i've simplified all of the bubble messages.

i've also fixed the msn bubbles driving you crazy after logging in.
