login activity sound should smoothly fade out when session ready #282

when galaxium connects to every network, it plays a sound, but when session
is ready, that sound is immediately broken by a next sound, which indicates
that session IS ready.

activity sound should fade out and ready indication sound should wait for
it to fade out.

I'm not really sure that I like that humming sound when sessions are 
connecting. If
the session takes a very long time to connect it becomes quite anoying.

I think that this shouldn't have a long sound playing like that.
