EmoticonLabel size request is incorrect #287

When hovering over a contact, the tooltip should be big enough to fit both
the nicknames and the personal messages complete, by either dividing in two
or more lines or by showing each one in one long line. Every time I want to
see a contact's full nickname i have to maximize the contact list, its a
stupid thing, but it would be better.

The problem is that EmoticonLabel doesn't request the correct size to display 
its
content.
