GIF Custom Emoticons #308

-->What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Galaxium -> Preferences...
2. Themes -> Emoticons -> Custom
3. + Add
4. Browse to a folder where there's a GIF image
5. Select the GIF image
6. Click on Accept

-->What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The click will do... nothing (apparently). Launching Glaxium from console,
there will be a GLib exception ([ERROR] [GLibLogging.OnUnhandledException]
Unhandled exception in GLib event handler.) See the attached log to see the
detailed error.

-->What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

-->Please provide any additional information below.
One or two months ago I was able to insert GIF images as emoticons. Note
that JPG images load correctly
