Guifications-like notifications #327

I've been using Galaxium for a day now and i must say i'm really impressed :)

However, one thing that might prevent me from using it right now is the
absence of toaster notificacions a la guifications. I couldn't find any
information about plans on implementing it on the website, neither about
supporting guifications.

Don't you have libnotify and notification-daemon? It uses them to display
notifications, like every normal GNOME program.

I do have notification-daemon and it is working -- verified with notify-send.

Anyway, it seems to be a problem with notifications package and some programs 
in my
distro, probable it's my system's fault, not Galaxium's.
