Handling URI as a command line parameter #340

For some protocols, it would be useful if Galaxium could handle an URI
parameter on a command line, for example by sending it via D-BUS to an
already running instance. That would allow opening for example a chat
window or an add contact dialog just by clicking a link in a browser.
I don't know about other protocols, but XMPP endorses such functionality...
actually, IIRC, it's a requirement for a full protocol compliance.
