Buggy queued "activities" #343

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Galaxium lacks a way of notification to events, where the notification is
shown as an icon in the contact list until it is activated. Current state,
where every event that require user's interaction directly opens a window,
is very intrusive.
Imagine being DND with a presentation on a projector in an audience full of
serious people when suddenly window pops up with some really personal message.

Ok, I finally found it. I was looking in a wrong place. "Activity" is still a
very
ambiguous name, you know?

Anyway, it's buggy. It always waits for the tray icon to be activated and
doesn't
care that the window is already open and got focused.

Also, it would be much better if it supported per-contact queuing. When I click
the
tray icon it just pops a random event. That's really frustrating.

By the way... what if there is no tray icon?

Activities are fixed anyway at this point. Its now based on the priority
queuing we
talked about.

and yeah its a weird word, but whatever.
