The conversation window icon could show user's avatar instead of the
default message icon. That is useful just to see who's on that window on
the taskbar or a dock like awn.

It seems kind of funny when I imagine avatars on my tiny 24px taskbar. It can be
useful for a bigger taskbar or dock, though. :)

Yeah I never liked this either, but many people have talked about it.
