File transfer request not received

With last svn i don't receive file transfer requests.

You will need to provide much more details than this in order for us to know 
why you
did not receive the transfer request.

The reason being, I can receive transfer requests myself. So then it begs to 
ask, why
cant you? If you provide us with a log of a clean session starting galaxium, 
logging
into msn, having someone send you the file, and then once you think enough time 
has
passed by that you are not receiving it, quit and send us the logs. Running 
galaxium
from the command line can make this easier.

We need to know why the negotiation failed for you specifically (since we cannot
reproduce the problem).

Also this could be the same issue as 384, since we are having problems with 
handshakes.

I don't see how the two are related. If they share a common low-level reason, 
can't
you open an issue for that and make these two dependent? This gets confusing for
someone wanting to report this issue.
