Add link to public CI on Wiki

I think it would be nice to have a link to the public CI (hosted by me) on the 
Wiki and Project Home, because it's a friendly version for people who might 
want it.

While I appreciate the effort, the reason I'm sticking with Drone.IO is 
stability and speed. Their system is explicit designed to build as fast as 
possible, meaning I get a build failed email about 2 minutes after I push to 
Google Code. 

Sure, private CI servers get better features and more functionality (like mine 
which builds, deploys a snapshot website, deploys a snapshot build, rebuilds 
TheLQ-PircBotX and restarts it), but they aren't always stable and are slower 
(or private). I need something public, stable, and simple right now
