Channel Mode is Stale warning repeatedly gets sent for no apparent reason

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not quite sure, but so far as I can tell my bot does nothing special that 
should be producing this warning. This is not a critical error and does not 
impair function so far, but it still appears to be a false warning. 

After the bot runs for a while it will start throwing warning such as: 
[botPool0-bot0] WARN org.pircbotx.Channel - Channel #dtella2.0 mode '+nrt' is 
stale
While the mode for #dtella2.0 is nrt, so I'm not sure why it is throwing that 
error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No console error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This should be fixed in the latest build. Comment with a log if its still an 
issue and I'll re-open it
