Infinite reconnect #171

As mentioned in http://code.google.com/p/pircbotx/issues/detail?id=75#c10 some 
sort of infinite reconnect that just logs exceptions would be nice so users 
don't have to re-create the startBot() loop. 

Maybe a new ConnectionFailedEvent?
