Update documentation #179

I recommend updating the documentation before releasing new stuff. Most of the 
code examples are outdated and documentation (including javadoc) doesn't match 
that what is in the code. For example: javadoc about startBot() contains a 
reference to stopBot(), but no such method exists.

Most (if not all) of the wiki is updated to 2.0. Javadoc is a different story: 
There's so many javadocs that it's a big project. I'll be sure to update it 
before the next release

Thanks for the quick reply!
The first thing I look for when I use someone else's code is examples.
For this project, the how to and the PircBotXExample.java are out of date.
Those were the ones I was talking about.
