Scoreboard style / recap / titles / force potions off / rules

Hello ! I have another set of ideas to show, and I felt the need to create another post.

• [x] Make the scoreboard more attractive and colorful, or just add some color, because it's just sad the way it is now :c
• [x] At the end of the game, show a list of all the players who killed someone, including the deaths by PvE (This option can be turned off or on in the config file)
• [x] Use some /title commands when the game start (text configurable), and at the end for the winner (if it's a team, just show the name, not the players in it (or the players ? Configurable))
• [ ] Turn the force potions off (cannot be brewed)
• [x] Depending on the configuration of the config file, with a command (example: /uh rules) it lists the rules and configurations of the game arranged in different categories.

The purpose of this scoreboard is to be simple and clean, to be focused on the game instead of on the scoreboard. This said, it may evolve in the future, I'll see. And you can edit all texts (including colors) in the language files (see the README to learn how to use colors in these files).

Why not, it may be informative and useful. This will maybe be implemented; it's not a top priority, this said.

Why not. As for my opinion the game would be too boring without them, but some may want this so I can add this as an option. Disabled by default. Related to #102.

Why not, but you can directly read the configuration file... Or this is meant for players?

The scoreboard has been changed if you have teams, in the latest versions.

The border size is now displayed in the scoreboard, with style options (diameter/coordinates, plus support for non-0,0-like world spawns with one line for min/max X and one other for min/max Z).

Also, the kills number is displayed in the scoreboard too.

All of this can be disabled in the config file.

Rules added. Not automatically generated, as I think it's better to be able to place anything we want in the language we want with the formatting we want :) .
