Adds czech translation #85

This is a czech (accent-less) translation made by Nojp.

I have not personally tested it, but the YAML parses and it appears to be fine.

On that note you could make Travis check that in the automatic build.

Merged, thanks :) You just forgot to add the cs_CZ language to the manifest.yml, but I added it myself before the merge.
