What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there should be a freq. of 1Hz but its too slow or too fast

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the newest core, arduino IDE 1.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I use the internal clock, i posted my code, maybe its a help
