Zip Archive malformed #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Extraction of Zip Archive deposits files in undocumented directory structure.
2.Readme text file directory paths do not exist after extraction.
3.Using winzip ver. 17.5 for extraction.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see directory structure matching Readme text file structure.
Instead - the following directory was created:
C:/arduino-1.0.4/hardware/bootloaders
/empty
/optiboot

C:/arduino-1.0.4/hardware/cores
/empty
/tiny

License.txt, Prospective Boards.txt and README were extracted to an unknown 
location outside of the Arduino directory structure.

The C:/arduino-1.0.4/hardware/tiny directory was not created - and content of 
zip file was not extracted to it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
arduino-tiny-0100-0017.zip
Windows XP SP3 

Please provide any additional information below.
