arducopter 2.0.47 ESC naot initialized! #257

ARducopter Ver. 2.0.47 hexa plus mode.
but back motor(port2) ESC doesnot initialized.
At first time I thought my Turnegy plush ESC had problem. I changed it. It 
occured same problem just beep sund bee  bee bee...
When i using ardupirate ng527,627 That was no problem ESC, board..etc..
so, I just think about software issue.

Not sure what this is. if anyone can find a specific issue, let me know. I've 
had a few ESCs beep, but it always corrected itself immediately and flew fine.
