Erratic value in magnetic declination field (not in automatic mode) #569

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set manually a mag-declination.
2. Fly/Reboot make some flights
3. Compass become wrong suddenly and when you check the mag-declination field,
there's another value in it. (I set 0,41 it become 41X...) And not in auto
magnetic-declination mode.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I set a mag-declination manually, it works fine, but after a few flights,
mission planner or APM set another value in the field and of course, compass
become crazy in flight.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Arducopter 2.9.1 and latest version of Mission Planner on win7

The value slowly increases over time even when the motors are unarmed.
