Loiter causing crashes #572

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.flying a few times
2.or leaving the copter powered whilst in transport
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected in loiter it should remain reasonably still however it either 
cuts or over powers motors and flips or it throttles up and tries to fly away/ 
sideways

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.9.1 windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
erasing the eeprom temporarily fixes the problem

After this situation happens, power cycle and verify heading is correct in MP. 
Then please download and post your compass offsets.
