UPnP discovery failure #138

UPnP discovery will fail for routers advertising the services using string 
WANPPPConnection instead of WANIPConnection.

The attached code will try to detect WANIPConnection first and instead of 
failing, it will try for WANPPPConnection.
the appropriate service name will be used later on for the requests.
