Modal does not launch on Nova 3

The modal doesn't seem to launch for me, nothing happens, and no js error.

I've tried both the latest release 1.0.1 and dev-master, neither work afaics.

Also worth noting that the layout has changed, the button now appears below the logo.

@stevelacey I just pushed some fixes to my fork, please test those see if it works for you now
