Minimal setup for commandline

good to see the corpse reanimated! 

What is the minimal set of files needed for the command line tools, 
particularly for `pathed`?

I tried putting just `pathed.exe` and `GSharpTools.dll` in PATH but get an 
error when trying to use it:
