What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a game versus any Sorian AI
2. Let the sorian AI destroy one buildspot whith a T3 artillerie

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After wiping the spot the artillerie should attack the next base. Instead the
artillerie gets paused and never reactivated. The AI continues to build a new
T3 artillerie for attacking the next spot instead of using the old one. The
stuck artillerie will still attack single units passing the wiped buildspot.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sorian AI 2.1.1
Windows 7
Forged Alliance, latest Patch
Please provide any additional information below (bug log, other installed mods,
etc).
