Annoying mIRC colours. #1

Does not identify mirc control codes: ^b ^i ^k0,0 etc. Occasionally 
buttifying things breaks the text.

Should it be stripped or preserved ? Easier to strip but probably nicer to 
preserve the horror.

basicbuttbot strips them now, I'm not sure what the best way to preserve them 
would 
be, without some major parsing.
