Add an option to move the instructions (at least the bulk of them) to a cover page. Add an option to add a human-readable explanation to the cover page. Add an option to add arbitrary text to the instructions/docs. Add an option to remove the instructions entirely. Add a "duplex" option (instructions only every other page)
Note: Once encryption is added, offer a "password hint" too.
